Kim Kardashian is “making sure that ‘justice for all’ actually means all.”
The mogul took to social media on Wednesday to announce that she would be auctioning off her wardrobe from Hulu’s All’s Fair, the legal drama that starred Kardashian, Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash-Betts, Teyana Taylor, Matthew Noszka, Sarah Paulson and Glenn Close.
“In All’s Fair, I play a lawyer who sees firsthand how the legal system can either empower women or leave them behind. But in the real world, the ‘price of justice’ is a barrier that many women simply cannot afford. This Friday, March 27, I’m auctioning off my season one wardrobe from All’s Fair to help close that gap,” Kardashian wrote alongside photos of the varied costumes she wore on the show.
She also shared that 100 percent of net sales “will go directly to the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles to fund their free legal services for women who are fighting for their safety, their children, and their futures.
“The right to a lawyer shouldn’t depend on the balance of your bank account,” Kardashian added. “For many women, legal aid is the only bridge to a restraining order, a fair custody agreement, or the chance to rebuild a life from scratch. Supporting survivors means more than just helping them leave; it means ensuring our justice system recognizes the reality of abuse.”
The auction will run from Friday, March 27, at 9 a.m. PT through Sunday, March 29, at midnight on Kardashian Kloset.
Kardashian has been candid about her journey thus far studying through a legal apprenticeship program, aiming to pursue a career in the legal field, with a focus on criminal justice reform.
“I want to finish law school and then my ultimate goal is to open up a firm that hires formerly incarcerated people,” she told The Hollywood Reporter in 2022.
Last year, Kardashian shared that she didn’t pass the bar exam, which she took over the summer.
“Well…I’m not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on TV,” she wrote. “Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts, no giving up — just more studying and even more determination.”
Though she continues studying, Kardashian will get to step into the role as a lawyer once again given All’s Fair was renewed for a second season after solid viewership, and despite harsh reviews (THR‘s TV critic, Angie Han, called the show “stiff and affectless”). In the show, Kardashian stars as Allura Grant, a high-powered divorce lawyer in Los Angeles whose firm specializes in winning big settlements for their female clients.
Kardashian poked fun at the criticism of the show on Instagram writing, “Have you tuned in to the most critically acclaimed show of the year!?!?!?”
