Nikki Glaser, the two-time Golden Globes host and enduring darling of the comedy scene, has revealed one of her personal fetishes during an interview on the Call Her Daddy podcast, while telling host Alex Cooper that she wants her on-again, off-again boyfriend Chris Convy to hook up with other women.
The 41-year-old comedian’s bitingly honest, no-holds-barred style catapulted her to fame following her side-splitting roast of Tom Brady in a 2024 Netflix special, in which she left Kevin Hart, Jeff Ross and audiences at home with their jaws on the floor. Her stock rose further when she brought that same humor to the awards circuit at the 2025 Golden Globes; her polished, poised performance earned her an invitation back to host the ceremony again this year. And she recently signed on to host her third Golden Globes in 2027.
Though various subjects were discussed with Cooper over the hour-and-twenty-minute conversation, Glaser was at her most candid when discussing her sex life and decade-plus relationship with Convy.
“In a relationship, I don’t really care if my boyfriend were to hook up,” she told Cooper. “But that is not a two-way street. I’m not someone who likes to hook up when I’m in a relationship — I don’t really care about that. But I don’t care if someone else were to. In fact, I kind of like it.”
This interest in Convy’s sex life began early in their relationship, Glaser said. The two met in 2013, when he was a producer on an MTV series she hosted.
“I would always ask him about past hookups and girlfriends and how they got together — like, ‘How did you first know you liked each other?’ I loved that,” Glaser said, confessing that it made her “horny to think about him doing that with other girls.”
Glaser said she would ask about all of his girlfriends and other hookups — “all the details about it.”
“It would really be like foreplay for me. I would get revved up talking about it,” she said, describing what became a specific turn-on for her. As time went on, Glaser said she eventually grew bored with his old stories and encouraged him to “get some more.”
“I want a guy that other girls want,” she recalled telling Convy.
But there are rules. Glaser explained that Convy is responsible for disclosing their arrangement to the other women he sees, and he is forbidden from kissing them. Any emotional attachment, she said, must be shut down immediately.
“If a guy has a sexual connection with a woman and uses protection, just having sex for a night, I literally wouldn’t care if my husband did that,” Glaser said. “I don’t know why. But if he were to watch The Wire with her, do crossword puzzles, or send memes and stuff, I’d be like, ‘What the fuck are you doing? That’s our thing.’”
Glaser’s romantic life appears to be on her own terms, leaving her free to focus on expanding her Hollywood career. She currently has several projects in the works, including co-writing, producing and starring in an edgy rom-com feature that counts Judd Apatow, whose kids Glaser used to babysit, as a producer.
