Alison Brie is cooking up a new partnership with HelloFresh, the popular meal kit company that offers easy-to-make dinners at home.
Brie is teaming up with HelloFresh to launch the “HelloFresh Supper Club,” an initiative that the company says is designed to “revive the tradition of communal dining and inspire fans to gather around the dinner table over a shared meal.”
As part of the partnership, Brie helped to curate an exclusive dinner menu that both new and current HelloFresh subscribers can order online for delivery. Menu items include a Thai Coconut Curry Chicken, Crispy Spiced Chickpeas and Pistachio Rice with Apricots, and a Pepita-Crusted Salmon with Tomato-Feta Salad and Harissa-Roasted Sweet Potatoes. The meal kits come with fresh produce, pre-portioned proteins, seasonings and all the other ingredients that you need to make the dishes at home.
Brie will also host a virtual supper club event, where the actress will cook some of these dishes alongside 100 lucky fans online. More details are available on the official HelloFresh Instagram page.
In a press release, Brie says the new menu reflects her “love for bold, global flavors and culinary variety,” adding that each meal is surprisingly easy and convenient to whip up, even for those on a busy schedule.
“Between filming, writing, and producing, my weeks are packed — but sitting down to cook and eat with the people I love is something I’ll always make time for,” Brie says. “I curated this new menu around dishes I genuinely love — bright Mediterranean flavors, warming spices and fresh ingredients that feel special, but come together easily on a weeknight.”
“At HelloFresh, we believe life is better when we cook and eat together,” adds Michelle Doll Olson, Senior Culinary Development Manager and Head Chef, HelloFresh US. “This program is designed to help people rediscover that joy of shared meals, and Alison Brie’s authentic love for gathering around the table – regardless of how busy life gets – makes her the ideal partner to show that hosting can be accessible to everyone, even on a weeknight. This is about more than food; it’s about bringing connection and community back to the weeknight dinner.”
HelloFresh says 25% of young adults are eating every meal by themselves these days, but more than 80% wish they could “share more meals with others.” The goal: to “transform routine weeknights into meaningful dinner occasions.”
The HelloFresh x Alison Brie Supper Club menu is available to order online now for delivery the week of April 18–24. HelloFresh delivers everything to your door in insulated packaging to prevent the food from going bad, even if you’re not at home to refrigerate things right away. Easy-to-follow recipe cards eliminate any guesswork when it comes to preparation and cooking.
Brie’s partnership comes ahead of her lead role in Masters of the Universe, Amazon MGM Studios and Mattel Films’ live-action take on the popular “He-Man” franchise. The actress takes on the role of the main villain, Evil-Lyn.
Also starring Nicholas Galitzine and Camila Mendes, Masters of the Universe opens in theaters June 5.
