Kyle Cooke is supporting estranged wife Amanda Batula as she faces backlash after announcing her secret romance with “Summer House” co-star West Wilson.
In exclusive photos obtained by Page Six, the former couple were spotted reuniting in New York City on Friday.
The former couple chatted on the street while walking their dogs. And in some of the snaps, Cooke comforted Batula by giving her a hug.
Batula, 34, wore a brown leather jacket, gray sweatpants and sneakers.
They both appeared to keep a low profile by wearing baseball caps and sunglasses.
Other photos showed Batula holding a lavish bouquet of flowers, seemingly gifted to her by her younger brother, Frank, who she was also spotted with.
This is the first time she has been seen in public since she and Wilson announced their secret romance via Instagram Tuesday.
Up until that point, the duo kept their relationship a secret from the rest of their “Summer House” castmates, including Cooke and Amanda’s bestie Ciara Miller, who previously dated Wilson.
Page Six hears that the entire group is “pissed” and “disappointed” in the pair and are “Team Ciara.”
But Cooke, 43, defended his estranged wife on Wednesday, urging angry Bravo fans to stop cyber bullying her as she is “not well” amid the fallout.
“I’m actually really worried about Amanda, if I’m being honest,” Cooke told street journalist Adam Glyn in a TikTok video posted on Wednesday, adding that his ex gave him a “heads up” before her big announcement.
“I talked to her last night and I think — I understand people have all sorts of opinions and I’m not justifying any behavior. But, from what I’m seeing, she’s kind of getting cyber bullied and at the end of the day, all I know is, West seems to be the kind of guy playing multiple women at the same time.”
“Amanda knows that what she did was wrong, and is trying to come to terms with it. She is not well,” Cooke concluded.
As for Miller, 30, she has unfollowed both Batula and Wilson, 31, on social media and is devastated by the news as she and her ex reportedly “hooked up” just a few weeks before he confirmed his romance with Batula.
