David Hasselhoff used a walker on a rare outing with wife Hayley Roberts in the West Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The “Baywatch” alum, 73, grabbed the walker with both hands as the couple walked across a parking lot on Wednesday in photos obtained by Page Six.
Hasselhoff wore a casual gray T-shirt, black sweatpants, a beige Nashville hat, glasses and black shoes. He also had a blue and white sweatshirt hanging over his shoulders.
Meanwhile, his 45-year-old wife rocked a more athleisure outfit that included a white shirt, blue yoga pants, a pink hat and white sneakers.
Hasselhoff’s rep told Page Six that the actor is recovering from knee and hip replacement surgery.
The rep added that Hasselhoff is in physical therapy and “doing well and feeling good.”
Hasselhoff previously sparked health concerns when he was seen being pushed in a wheelchair through Los Angeles International Airport in May 2025.
The “Knight Rider” actor, who was flying to Cancun, Mexico, with his wife, told paparazzi that he was having knee surgery the following week.
He also admitted that he was in a lot of pain.
Hasselhoff has been with Roberts since 2011. The couple tied the knot in a small ceremony in Italy in July 2018.
On their one-year anniversary, Roberts, who is from Cardiff, Wales, gushed over Hasselhoff in a sweet Instagram tribute.
“I chose the perfect man to be my husband so kind, thoughtful with a huge heart and one of the nicest people I know,” she said.
Roberts added: “I am so lucky and still in love with this man.”
Hasselhoff was married two other times, first to actress Catherine Hickland, and then to actress Pamela Bach, who died by suicide in March 2025. She was 62.
The “Young and the Restless” alum, who welcomed two daughters with Bach, opted out of attending his ex-wife’s funeral, but he did share a touching statement about her death.
“Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff,” he said on social media at the time.
“We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult period but kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time,” Hasselhoff added.
